    Hi all,

    I just installed and activated the plugin but it does not work. It is activated with the correct API key, Merchant ID etc but according to the guy designed the theme it must be incompatibility with the woocommerce. I do not know if thats the issue..Please can someone help?

    Do you have more details about it?
    What message does it show to you? It does not redirect you to viva?

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply. I activate the plugin but it is not appeared on my checkout page. I asked the guys create the theme and they said the plugin is not compatible with woocommerce(it does not make sense for me to be honest). Did you have any problems like this before?
