    – with “seamless” on, it didn’t apply anything of my settings and my search page stayed the same
    – with “seamless” off, my page search completely missed header/container, plus I didn’t see any heatmap or any search improvement
    I won’t bother investigating as I will get the usual reply: “it’s your theme’s fault.”
    Well, maybe it just isn’t, since this plugin is not been updated for a year and maybe, just maybe, it is the one with the fault in it.

    If you read my support responses in the forum, you’d know I don’t give the standard “It’s your theme fault” but rather work with users to get their queries resolved.

    It would have been more helpful if you’d raised a query rather than give it a bad rating assuming you’d not get support.

    The plugin is fully compatible with the latest versions of WordPress and hasn’t needed a major update for that yet.

    let’s just agree this: I’ll upgrade my ratings on the basis of your good faith, but since the plugin is compatible with the latest WP… then it’s just my theme’s fault.

    Thanks. I’m still keen to work with you to see if we can figure out a clean solution. It could be theme compatibility, but the plugin can be made to fit a theme by designing a specific template based on the theme.

    Do you have a free theme that I can check out?

    My theme is a premium one, and unfortunately it has got more flaws than a free one. I thank you for the will to investigate but maybe we’ll end up with writing yet another custom code, and to be honest I already have too many plugins wich have been tweaked to accomodate my theme. I’m currently in the process of rewriting it… once finished I might give BetterSearch a new try.
