It doesn’t move smoothly to the previous event

I’m using a list of lists. When an event ends, it immediately disappears from the list, but it does not join the previous event. It takes about 9 hours for the finished event to be reflected in the “previous event”. About 9 hours after the date changes, the event stagnates between previous and future events. How can I move it to the previous event as soon as the event finishes? Please tell me urgently!
