It doesn’t post on our company page

  • After the plugin was coupled to the linkedIn account there is the option to klik on the private profile or the company. Somehow it can only post on the private profile and not our company. It’s saying after “sharing” it that it is succesfully shared, but nothing is appearing on the company profile. It’s not working..

    Hi @workwide,

    Thanks for the report. In this instance, I am not fully sure what the issue could be and due to limitations of this forum I am not sure if I am going to be able to troubleshoot this as fully as I would like. At the moment I can’t repeat the issue on my end. The only thing that might be insightful is it would be good to know if the post you were sharing had a featured image or not. If it did have a featured image, do you want to try doing a share which has no featured image and see if that works on your company page? Also are you administrator user of the company page in LinkedIn or a lesser role?
