    Hello,

sorry but you left your review at the WRONG place. Our plugin does not include any error messages like “Error: Can’t work with your port”. It’s NOT possible that this came from our plugin. It’s also a FREE plugin. And you need only 5 MINUTES for the setup with our plugin.

Please kindly remove your review as this is NOT related to our plugin

    Regards,

*Reads. Removed modlook from when this review was reported.*

@claudeschlesser Users can’t remove reviews and while that verbiage is not an exact match, there are plenty of CURL error messages that could be from your plugin.

Instead of making requests like that one, why not just ask the user what they are talking about?

Yes, I fully understand your point, but nothing matches here.

“Error: Can’t work with your port”
The plugin catches all CURL errors and displays a meaningful message.

i spent 1 entire day to work with
If there are any CURL errors, the message will be displayed 2 minutes after the installation, as the connection check is the first step to accomplish.

    don’t use it and don’t pay for it;
    Nobody asks for any payment.

So out of the user’s bad review, nothing applies to our plugin. “Audi is bad, I don’t like the BMW logo on it”. That’s just doesn’t sound right.

I would be glad to receive more information, but usually user’s just drop their reviews and vanish. We will see if the user takes the time to reply here.

Right. I’m saying that the message in the review may not be an exact string match. Yes, I looked.

Take a deep breath: this review does not say anything like that at all. It literally says they had a problem, they spent a day trying to make it work and they gave up. They left a review. The End.

    Nobody asks for any payment.

No, but your plugin does ask user’s to create a free account on your site and that is a thing of value in exchange for your service.

There is nothing on this review that needs to be removed or updated. If the user comes back and says otherwise then the review may be archived.

If they turn this into a support topic then they will be directed to the support forum here.

Sorry, didn’t want to sound grumpy in my last post …

We just put a lot of effort into polishing the plugin and helping our users as good as we can. I have the feeling that this review is unjustified and I probably took it too personal.

Well yes, let me have a coffee too and then life goes on …

    Stay safe ??
