Please check your user permissions and make sure your user is an administrator and/or that the access control settings in your admin maintenance panel is not denying your user role.
It might also be worth noting that your cache could be causing an issue. Try clearing your cache then testing the plugin, if you still experience the same issue try another browser.
If the issue persists please provide us with the following information.
1. The server operating system your wordpress installation is hosted on.
2. The operating system you tested the plugin on.
3. The web browser and version of your web browser you tested the plugin with.
