It doesn’t work with animations

ALl my images have animation. Every single lazy load plugin refuses to display the images with lazy load, and this is apparently causing my site to load in over 11 seconds on mobile.
This is a proprietary theme through Envato market. I’m not a programmer. I haven’t done anything wrong and my site takes 14 seconds to load on mobile and pagespeed insisghts says “add a lazy loading plugin”, so I do this and it just breaks my site. This is completely unfair. I purchased a profesional theme on a professional platform, and yet absolutely nobody and nothing can help me make it usable on mobile. I feel like I’m being driven slowly insane. What did I do to anyone to deserve this?
