This is most probably due to a conflict between plugins/theme. Try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the default theme.

No. Your theme & plugin settings are saved in your database and should be retained for future use.

So should i just switch to the default 2013 theme and then switch again to the one i am using right now?

Or that means that i am only going to be able tu use Conact Form 7 on the default theme?

No. Your site is not like a TV remote. You can’t just jiggle the batteries and hope it will work again. ??

You need to switch to the 2013 theme, deactivate all plugins and then – without changing anything else – start testing your contact form(s) to see if the issue is still present.
