It gets my vote for best WordPress Plugin ever! 6 Stars

Using wp-clone makes moving (smaller) sites around so easy and fast its a miracle. I use it to move sites from development to live all the time. It is great for making live backups as well. Just clone the site and if something goes wrong during an update or theme change, you can forward to the clone or quickly revert the site.

Two small issues only:

I have encountered some servers that won’t play nice with the plugin. If the clone gets up over 200 megs things become tricky. Usually you have to exclude wp-content (an easy setting) and move that part separately.
