Log in via FTP, rename the plugins folder to plugins-old.

See if you can get in.

i logged in from the hosting of the site,and changed the name of the plugin folder folder but it did not work.is there any other way to solve the problem

also, check if there is load.php in wp-includes folder

there are 2 wp-includes folder in my web site ,i think one of them is extra but i dont really know which one is extra one one.i uploaded a image that shows my websites folders…could you help me ??

Well …. that’s interesting.

You can delete the one in wp-content (though make a backup first).

I would actually delete both, and then download WP – https://www.ads-software.com/download/ – and upload a fresh copy of the wp-includes folder.
