• I hate doing this, I rarely if ever give out 1 star reviews on anything. But this program and the company have been seriously frustrating. I kept on getting 404 errors for pages like Learn, I kept on getting issues with the layout like the courses page not showing courses and having to add the block courses to the courses page so that courses would show up at all. It sounds complicated, it is.

    The menu would be different depending on the page it was on, not sure if theme related (using the stock 2023 theme).

    Other issues with the layout seemed to center on the learn and courses page. They either didn’t render with new parameters around the size of the table cells, no word wrapping so that words were broken up rather than wrapping. On mobile or tablet the heart rendered to be nearly a full screen heart for favorite, and a notable number of other rendering issues in all browsers, Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Bascially rendering the UI useless.

    Certificates won’t build, the default template won’t load, and other issues with that process was dissapointing.

    Support was lacking, using my company e-mail address through the contact us form has still not lead to any e-mails from the company. Using my personal e-mail address with a found email did work to a point. But they were truly unable to help me. I am waiting for a refund.

    At this point I’ve turned off the plugin, waiting on the refund, and will probably move over to Canvas.

    It was worth a shot, but something this broken, needs to be called out.
