Ok. so I’m making a server through Ubuntu Server but I get stuck on when I actually try to install Bigbluebutton.

This has nothing to do with this plugin.

It works as expected, add your own server.
If you can’t create the BBB your own, ask for commercial support, BBB has listed several partner companies which can do this easily.

I have the same problem. Can somebody help out?

What show possibly be the cause for such an issue?

It finally opened and I did carry on with some video conference on it. I just realized that since the server is a free server, it is wanted by so many people at a given time. so the only solution to this is to have one’s own server.

That is correct @gasmsy. The test-install BBB server isn’t always stable, so you should definitely create your own BBB server. Please refer to the BBB install documentation here: https://docs.bigbluebutton.org/2.2/install.html

No it is not working if we change the server to ours. I did in many dedicated servers still as soon as changing server away from blindsidenetworks – it shows the error. Blindsidenetworks forces everybody to go to their server
