It is failing to send email even after everything is set up properly

I’m trying to send a test email from local WP and have everything set up properly. I’m using sandbox domain and have a verified authorized email address set up but the plugin is still refusing to send the email. The test config is failing by saying I need to add authorized email address … what am I missing here …
