It is necessary to refresh the page at least 3 times

Thanks for using the plugin and sharing your concern.
It’s the same issue that was bothering us for years. Google Docs Viewer for self-hosted documents has been unstable from the beginning itself and that’s the reason why we recommend to host the files in a cloud service like Google Drive or Box.com.

However, to make the experience better for everyone, we were working on some experiments for the past few months. We are soon releasing an update that should mostly fix the issues for all the users.

Thank you so much for the update. I’m having very little white-page problem with the new release. The desktop works better. Mobile is still experiencing a little trouble. But it’s nice of you to think of us after all. I’m sure you’ll make improvements in the future. Stay healthy..

actually i just get white page error on iphone. Also, the refresh page button shows a white page. It is smarter to reload the page completely instead of clicking that button.
