    Hello,

    I have installed and activated your plugin.

    If I go to create a shipping area and try to enter “Flexible Shipping” as the shipping method, nothing happens and I cannot go on to configure the various shipping methods.

    Why doesn’t it work?

    thank you for contacting us. Have you followed all the steps mentioned in our video on how to use Flexible Shipping plugin? At which step exactly do the problems occur? Additional information will help us a lot in determining the issue or speed up the solution.

    Hello,

    Thanks for the reply.

    I followed the steps in your tutorial.

    In the “Settings” section, after selecting a Shipping zone, I try to enter a shipping method. If I enter “Flat rate”, “Free shipping” or “Local Pickup”, everything works correctly and I can proceed to edit the chosen option.

    If, on the other hand, I select “Flexible Shipping”, the section where the button to activate or deactivate the method should appear remains unchanged (the section remains written “You can add multiple shipping methods within this zone, Only customers whitin the zone will see them”.).

    I can’t figure out if this bug can be due to some conflict with other plugins or is it a temporary bug.

    I hope I explained myself well.

    Hello @mc2105,

    Yes, it does sound like a conflict with another plugin. Please deactivate all of them except:

    • WooCommerce,
    • Flexible Shipping.

    Then check if the issue persists. If not, please activate each plugin one by one and when you notice which plugin is causing the conflict – please reach out to its developers directly.

    Yet if the issue remains with only WooCommerce and our plugin, then please share a screenshot or screencast. It’ll allow us to better understand the problem.
