it is not possible to hide the menu in mobile and tablet

    Hi,

    I’m using the Elementor Header and Footer Builder plugin and I have two problems:

    1. When I create a new page in WordPress and set in the plugin to not show the menu on that page, it works on desktop, but not on mobile and tablet (The menu still shows there, but not correctly.). It only happens on some sites, for example here: https://www.tadyjeuklizeno.cz/obklopte_se_tim_co_milujete/

    2. When I create a new Menu, it is automatically displayed as the main menu, even if I have another menu set as the main menu. (don’t know if it might be related to the Elementor Header and Footer Builder plugin)

    Hi @tadyjeuklizeno,

    1) The Header that is showing up on the Mobile view, it is actually the default Header of the Astra theme, not the Header created using this plugin.

    2) Is it possible for you to create a video, showing how it looks?

    1. I managed to solve the display of the menu via Astra settings. 

    2. I sent the video to email [email protected]. When I create a new menu like in the video, I continue by creating a new header in the elementor Header and Footer Builder and there I also set where the menu should be displayed. But the new menu is always automatically displayed as the main one.

    Hi Anna,

    Good to know that you have solved query #1.

    Anyway, sending an email to [email protected] will give you nothing. There’s a reason why noreply exists in the email address. If you would like to share a screenshot/video, you can upload it on Google Drive, Dropbox or such a service, then share the uploaded link here.
