It is not possible to switch to your status in orders

    hi, It is not possible to switch to your status in orders. When I select your status and update the order, nothing happens and the original status remains. There is a problem.

  • Hi, be sure the status slug has max 17 characters length, also not a numeric status slug and without special characters. Could you confirm the status name you are using? And what is the plugin version?

    Thank you very much for your help. The problem was the length of the status as you write.
