It is not working even after SMTP works

  • Hi there,
    The plugin doesn’t work even after setting up SMTP works. It is showing “There was an error trying to send your message”. Everything setup fine.
    Server running PHP version: 7.4.22. MySQL version: 5.7.32-35-log

    Please help.
