It is not working with Fast Secure Contact Form

It’s not saving any of the form values to the database. I logged into PHPmyAdmin to look into the database, and it’s not saving anything, therefore not displaying anything either.
The forms are going thru, as emails… just not data is being saved.
Using Version Fast Secure Contact Form 4.0.18
