It is so buggy !!!!!

  • it seems this plugin is only for pro users, with the free version it no any functionality. when we start a chat it says to operator: user has closed the chat, and says to user: operator closed the chat.
    don’t waste your time and money

    So sorry to hear this, but this is likely to be caused by either a JavaScript error on the page, or your browser cookies that need clearing.

    I’d really like to get this sorted out for you if you’d be willing to give me the opportunity to?

    Further to our note earlier, I’d just like to inform that the free version allows you to actually do quite a bit, but most importantly it allows you to chat to visitors in an unrestricted manner – which is the heart of any live chat solution. Furthermore, you can have unlimited chats which are not restricted in any way.

    With regards to your problem, if the chat kept closing, there must have been a conflict with another plugin or your theme. I’d appreciate you giving us a chance to correct this before leaving a one star review.
