• The first time I got in touch with them it was because I wanted to ask if in the list of posts, I could use CPT and Custom Taxonomies, and they answered me that no, that only categories and tags that come by default in wordpress could be used.

    After that, I have contacted them twice more, several times over several days, and I have never received a response.
    One of these times, is that using the Astra theme, when I make the design in a layout and then show it on any page, it doesn’t render the CSS well … For me this is important, because I could do the footer and more sections for place them on multiple pages …

    The other is about setting up contact forms. The contact form works well for me, the form builder, when I click the submit button, I get the error message that I must complete all the required fields, and I already have it filled out.

    These are two important questions … And there is no way to obtain not the solution, but a single answer.
