It isn’t clear a payment is being processed

    When Paypal is processing the payment on the checkout before the order received page loads, there is a white background with opacity, but there is no loading spinner or other indication that a payment is being taken.

    This white background lasts for around 5 seconds before diverting to the Order Received page. Some customers are confused by this and expect a loading spinner. Please can one be added?

    How exactly this looks like depends primarily on the theme.
    Which theme are you using, and have you tried it with a default WordPress theme to see if it makes a difference?
    Here is how it looks like with the Storefront theme.

    Thanks, it’s our own custom theme. We dequeue all Woocommerce styles and add our own – I thought the loader came from your plugin rather than built into Woocommerce.

    I’ve resolved this by adding my own spinner to the class .woocommerce .blockUI.blockOverlay
