Regarding your query, I checked the URL you shared and it seems you entered the wrong URL of the PDF. For reference please check this screenshot – https://d.pr/i/yKP0RQ

I would like to suggest you use EmbedPress PDF block from gutenberg and enter only the PDF file URL from media file to shwo the PDF correctly.
