Working Well – Lightweight and Useful

    (Update, February 2018) WPS Hide Login is working well on my WordPress sites, author responded quickly to a concern by revising plugin. While this sort of plugin is not the end-all in defending your WordPress login (a determined criminal has many ways of bypassing and attacking), but in my opinion it is an important first step as it is an egregious oversight on the part of WordPress to have a standardized login that’s used by more than 25% of the world’s websites, and thus so easily attacked. If nothing else. WPS Hide Login keeps login screen attacks from cluttering up your security logs.

    WPS Hide Login appears to be clean and lightweight. I speed tested, it does not appear to introduce any website load time penalty.
