so my site has it own backend outside of wordpress admin.

so for example like this
https://www.mysite.com/dashboard/
https://www.mysite.com/listings/
https://www.mysite.com/add_listing/

so these i dont want to cache do i use exclude page somehow? if you can show me one then i can add them all.
