My website keeps crashing down BUT

After purchasing Cityblog Pro, I quite enjoyed of its design and easy and convenient tools to update. However, only after hours of updates, my website got crashed and not accessible. I restored and redo all the work I have done for hours. And I did the same thing again with more careful update and stored the updates into the backup system from web-hosting.

Each day when I update, it crashes at least one time. Now, I am writing this after it got crashed just 10 min ago. I tried to ask for a help but there is no email from the website that I can find.

Finally, I searched their website and there is member’s access to ask for the help. I left the message and one day later, I got the reply. They checked my WordPress and I found it was problem with Firewall IP address from the hosting.

I contacted the hosting company and tries our with several possible problems. And IP address redirect through Firewall was fixed and then it goes all good and fine.

I love the design and if I want to make a comment, I just feel the recurring fee seems a bit much. If that fee to be more reasonable, I hope they would offer the tutorial for the users to understand how to set the basic and advanced design to apply in our own website.
