It kind of works

  • The XML import/export doesn’t really work. I exported my orders from my live site, and then imported them into my staging site and had over 300 errors. I tried it again using CSV, and it worked perfectly.

    I’m not able to import reviews or subscriptions. Reviews only import 50 out of hundreds for some reason, and subscriptions error out before it even gets started.

    We would like to let you know that the free version of the plugin does not support XML files or subscriptions. They are our premium features and are available only in the premium version of the plugin. If you are a premium user and you are facing issues with the premium version of the plugin, then we recommend you reach out to our support, as it is not advisable to discuss the pro features in this forum.

    Regarding reviews, if you are using our Product/Review Import Export plugin, then we recommend you reach out to the corresponding forum, as this is the Order Import Export plugin support forum.
