It loads twice

    Plugin works, but it loads twice. When it finishes showing or it is closed, it startas showing again.

    We checked your site URL via different devices and browsers and didn’t see the issue you are describing.
    The popup doesn’t reopen after closing.
    Could you, please, mention the device/browser you are checking the site with?

    Hi,
    it happens when autoplay is set to 1.
    I have set autoplay=0; on iframe.
    If you want, I can set it again to test.

    I’m sorry for the inconvenience!
    Structurally, the Video and Iframe popups are different from other popup types.
    So for the Video and Iframe popups, the behavior is different than in other popup types like HTML, etc.
    This is why you have an issue with the HTML popup, and the video doesn’t stop playing after the popup is closed.
    We offer our users to use the Video or Iframe popups for displaying videos in popups.
    This fix will be included in our upcoming update. (within a couple of days)
