    Once it is activated, there will be no action scheduer show up, and once it is deactivated, the status of scheduled actions will show up:

    Action Scheduler migration in progress. The list of scheduled actions may be incomplete.

    Obviously, it will prevent Woocommerce Scheduled Actions.
