    I had a problem with this plugin working on my website. I contacted the author and he helped as much as he could, but we could not find a resolution. The plugin would just not work.

    I really liked this plugin so, I decided that I would change who was hosting my website and see if that would resolve the problem and it did. This plugin for me at least works on Bluehost. So if you are having issues with the plugin working you may want to contact your hosting company.

    Great to hear that it worked! It’s very interesting to know that it doesn’t work on some hosts. Do you know what PHP version you have now, and what PHP version you had on your previous host?

    On my old server (lunarpages) it says: 5.6.35 – MySQL Community Server (GPL)

    on my current server (bluehost) it says: 5.6.32-78.1-log – Percona Server (GPL), Release 78.1, Revision 8bb53b6

    Thanks, that’s very helpful. Since it’s more or less the same PHP version, it means that there’s likely something else that causes the plugin to fail on Lunarpages, which indicates that there can indeed be a difference between hosts. I appreciate your taking the time to investigate this for me!
