It says Free Trial but they charge without Notification

To try their free plugin they required me to register a credit card, the first day my account in their panel shows an invoice of $0 but after a while the bank notifies me that Richpanel made a charge for $395. They no longer respond in their chat or from their support email and I have evidence of all of the above. Incredible that this happens within WordPress.
