It states it is free for 200 emails – please confirm

It states here that you get 200 mails per day, but when you go to signup it asks you for card details, and then if you don’t it says you only get free emails on a Sandbox.
Please clarify?

Hi, (answering as a MailGun user): IMHO the information provided on the MailGun pages https://signup.mailgun.com/new/signup should be quite self-explaining.
I believe there is an additional limitation (with the free plan you can send max 100 messages/hour before your account is verified, if I remember correctly). This will be dropped once your account is verified. See https://help.mailgun.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001124753-Account-Sending-Limitation
