    The plugin was wonderful, but suddenly it stopped working. On my website, if a person buys a product for a city Free shipping. Now, inexplicably, the plugin has stopped working, the customer from city X always receives the message that there is still money left to reach the free shipping goal

    The problem was caused by an issue with how our plugin works alongside the WooCommerce Advanced Free Shipping plugin. However, fixing it was simple—just by turning on the “Allow zero shipping cost” option in the progress bar settings.

    I’ll now mark this thread as resolved.
