It was complicated But Worth It

It was complicated as we were leaving WCFM after a year of being with them with bad customer service. Days and weeks would go by before we would get a response to help troubleshoot issues that occurred with the plugin, we then tried dokan but was not impressed with the overall appearance of how the Vendor dashboard appeared and operated. We then discovered WCMarketplace! We fell in love with the backend and how their overall system functions! Love how we can schedule emails to go out to motivate and encourage vendors about their sales report! However, we ran into a issue with the theme we use as it would not show up the seller store page. Contacted WC support and they responded within hours. We were very impressed as we are in the US and did not expect a response so fast due to past experience (as this was another reason we were highly impressed!). Because we discovered the issue was theme and we wanted vendors to see their shop we then went to DOKAN. So two weeks later we are back as mentioned we weren’t impressed. We used snipping codes to hide the areas that could not be accessible and we are pleased and do not regret it one bit. -Forever a customer
