Amazon PIP does not work with WordPress Version 3.5.1

The plugin works with 3.5.1, but it could be another plugin or your theme causing an issue.

Please provide an example page or something so we can look into it and see what might be causing the issue. Also, what theme you are using and other plugins you may have installed.

    Regards,
    Don

I’m using Magazine Basic, but I tried it on another site with a different theme and not so many plugins installed in it and it still didn’t work. It started doing this after I upgraded to WordPress 3.5.1 yesterday, it was working fine before the upgrade. I can’t provide an example page because you will not see any product in the post, It doesn’t show any product in the post at all, zero PIP. nothing, when I go view the post on Chrome. It’s as if I didn’t have the plugin installed. But when I go to the administrator area on WordPress and go edit a post, the plugin is visible and accessible. I disabled all my plugins and tried viewing the pages and it’s still not showing the product in the post.

Can you tell me what version of the PIP plugin you are using?
And actually an example page where the product is supposed to show up would be helpful. It will let me see what is going on with the page load and it there are any issues that might be causing it.

    Hello,

I’m using version 2.0.2 of the Amason PIP plugin. I prefer to use Google Chrome but I went ahead and tried viewing the same page using Internet Explorer and it gives me a message saying that my site wants me to download Flash player. It never did that before,
and then it stops responding altogether. I also tried viewing the page using Firefox and I still don’t see the product in the post displayed.
But the good thing with Firefox is that it doesn’t stop responding.
I have the plugin set up so it displays on top of the post, on the very top of the page. Another problem I’m having and I know this one is not related to the plugin, but just to show how screwed up everything is since I upgraded WP. I can’t open any text boxes within my widgets,
I’ve been trying to open them to make some changes and I haven’t been able to. Right now I’m not so happy with wordpress and the way my site’s looking. I need help.

Here’s a link to the last post I created on that site where I noticed the plugin was not working.

    Hello,

The good news is that I found out what was causing my widget text boxes to be un-unaccessible. It’s this plugin called Widget Logic Visual. Once I deactivated that plugin I was able to open the text boxes within my widgets, but I’m still having issues with the Amazon PIP plugin. I’m not very tech savy, but is there a way that I can go back to the previous Wp version, without losing all the stuff I have in my sites?. I really appreciate all your help.
