It wiped my whole one page site when hit save

Two problems. Two questions.
The first problem is that this plugin caused me to lose an many many hours of design work, and I have to pay godaddy $150 to try to restore the page back to the previous day to get it back. The first question is whether this plugin is compatible with the themify.me Ultra theme, or Landing theme, and wp 4.2.2.
The second problem is that when the pop up pops out from the side of the page, and I scroll down, the pop up contains the enirety of the web page in which it resides compacted into the pop up, when scolling down the pop up. When looking at the plugin setting, there is no such code in the text field, nevertheless, the entire page is indie of the pop up when viewed. And accordingly, my second question is: “WHY,” or really, “How to fix this problem?”
