It won't add a link

  • When editing a page or post, there is a button to click to add a link that directs to another page. I tried clicking that link.

    The first time I click it, nothing happens.

    The second time I click it, the screen goes gray except for a few of the menu bars at the side of the dashboard, the window to enter the link address does not come up, and I can’t get out of that screen, can’t click on anything, have to refresh page.

    Please help. Thanks!
