This plugin can fix the Yoast SEO sitemap XML Parsing Error issue

  • Yoast SEO would not create a sitemap for my site. Kept giving me an error message, saying XML parsing error.

    I read some instructions from Yoast saying to check for whitespace at the end of the functions.php file and to remove it if it was present. It was, I removed it, but no change.

    I installed this plugin, clicked the button, the problem is fixed.

    As far as users who rated 1 star: the plugin did not fix their specific problem but that does not justify a low rating. They have a problem this doesn’t fix, that’s all. Keep digging.
