It worked once, how to get it to appear again?

    Installation was easy enough, the popup worked on my Galaxy Note8 on Chrome nealry perfectly.

    I wanted to go back and adjust the splash screen colors and theme color.

    I deleted icon from home screen of my device and cleared the site cache and data from mobile chrome’s site settigns

    now the popup icon will not appear again. I have cleared any wordpress cahces (wp-super cache) cleared everything from my phone. and cant get it to trigger again.

    I think I got it, ..just removing from homescreen isnt enough, you have to also uninstall the “app” from you device. Previously with older “add to home screen” functions, removing from homescreen was enough.

    Working decent so far, doesnt cache my more advanced pages offline such as my event calendar. but I’ll look into that further here shortly.

    Hi, Glad to hear that you resolved the issue.

    The Add to Homescreen event will only occur once and if the user installed PWA to their homescreen, the prompt won’t occur again until the user uninstall and clear the browsing data again.
