It works, but not for everyone!

I’ve installed Simple Cloudflare Turnstile in almost all my client’s websites, only to see a ton of messages and emails from their clients telling them they couldn’t complete their orders because the captcha we were using kept failing. While I was the only one not being able to reproduce the same problem, it happened to me too after a while.
For some reason, for many people, the plugin just keeps failing and never let them actually approve it. It’s loading, fails to load, and it does the same again and again even when you click ot it and try to solve it.

Dear @elliotvs, yes this is exactly our issue in most websites (not all my clients have the same issue as it seems). Any ways to fix it?
Where can I find the analytics in CloudFlare? Looking but can’t find anything about the plugin.

The analytics are found on Cloudflare.com under the “Turnstile” section, select your site, and you should see some analytics: https://i.gyazo.com/2236e48a8f24cdeae19914688d5edd8b.jpg
On your website hosting, are you using some kind of reverse proxy or firewall that masks the visitors IP address? If possible, you may need to make sure your server/hosting is configured to pass the “real IP address” to WordPress.

Depending on your proxy configuration (if any), the method for doing this may be slightly different.
If that doesn’t resolve it, I think this is more of an issue on Cloudflare’s end, or your website hosting, rather than this plugin itself. It may be worth posting your issue on the Cloudflare Community forums: https://community.cloudflare.com/c/website-application-performance/turnstile/83
