It works, but you’re gonna scream…

  • Sure, this plugin works. Pretty much. But you are going to absolutely detest how much time it takes to understand how the thing works.

    There are so many fundamental UX mistakes made in this plugin that it would be a waste of time to even attempt to list them. Try it…you’ll see.

    And you’ll be sorry. Or angry. Or both.

    But, yeah. It works.

    We can’t expect that coz 139 reviewers loved it.

    Could you contribute to fix things which you are expecting?

    Let us know, what are the fundamental UX mistakes in plugin? Why it’s waste of time for users?

    I didn’t say it was a waste of time. Twice I stated “it works.” I use it myself, but only because I have yet to find a replacement.

    I will try to take the time to come back and list the many UX issues. But in the meantime, let me ask you…

    Do you think the plugin has any UX issues?

    We think there is no issue bcoz more than 30K+ sites are actively using plugin currently.

    If there was an issue they can ask for the support or could tell us to fix.

    Also, you could check our support team is active for that.

    If you have any issue regarding plugin you should post them here, WordPress moderator also recommends post your issue on support forum of the plugin.

    But, no worry. Create a thread, post your issue & suggestion or improvement on support. We will try to to add into the plugin for you.

    Do you think the plugin has any UX issues?

    Simply saying things like, “We can’t expect that coz 139 reviewers loved it.”, or “We think there is no issue bcoz more than 30K+ sites are actively using plugin currently.” are not reasonable answers from reasonable persons.
