• We migrated a customer’s store to Woocommerce from another system, and the customer wanted to start the numbering where they left off in the old system. The plugin started working well, and after a few orders, everything seemed to go well. But then, after 10 orders, at order number 2883, the plugin decided to jump to 2000 and start from there — a massive disappointment for the store owner and for us. We only noticed this after order 2006. Not the biggest problem in the world, but it definitely tells something about the reliability of this software. It is supposed to do ONE THING, and that thing it cannot do. Definitely not buying the pro version or any other plugin from the company.
