It works how and when it wants

We have the paid version of the tool and have been using it for several months. But the plugin is a disaster. Functions are simply changed during updates so that, for example, lists of subscribers are lost.

If you duplicate a campaign together with the email and try to send it, the sending data is apparently also duplicated, i.e. the tool simply does not send the email. Of course, you cannot edit a sent campaign – why should you?

Really? We’ve had so many support contacts – yes, they try hard, but you can’t work like that.
