It works OK for Posts but nothing else, documentation incorrect

It took a little bit to set up the plugin due to the plugin documentation being out of date. You need to go into slack.com and create an Incoming Webhook under the Integrations section, NOT create a token and use the URL example.

Also, this plugin only works for sending notification for WordPress’ default Post Type. It does not work for Pages, or Custom Types.
