It works, problem solved.

  • Had a video I wanted in my header.
    It would not play on phone or tablet, black screen.

    Found this plugin, tried it, it works.

    Video plays on desktop/laptop access, tablet/phone gets almost the same theme but with a gallery in the header instead of video.

    Very slick.

    Biggest issue is finding 2 themes that are seamless enough that you get your contect and message across without worrying too much about presentation.
