Italian localization files

  • I’ve looked for the translation files for WP 1.5, i’m actually using the older 1.2 version of it_IT files. I checked Rosetta, iI tried to register but unsucessfully.

    If i could find a stable PO file in english for the 1.5 i can do the translation works and have the IT versiona vailable in few days

    I also uploaded it to Rosetta.

    Strings might still change in 1.5, but those changes should be minimal
    at this point.

    Thanks for the link ?? I tried to register to Rosetta but without luck it seem there is omething to setup yet. I need to download some SW to edit POT and generte the translation files… lot of works ??

    I also uploaded it to Rosetta.

    I went to the rosetta site, tried to register – got an email with a link to click in order to finalize my registration, but that link takes me to the following site: https://notready.ubuntu.com/
    So, what next?

    I’ve started today the italian localization on Rosetta.

    Is it ok to use the localization for 1.2 with the version 1.5?(only until the new one will be released). Are there any problems?
