italics problem

I am using your plugin with Genesis Dynamic Website Builder and have a problem with using the testimonials in a sidebar. Whatever is below the testimonial widget on the page is displaying in italics, including my footer. Text displays correctly on the home page, but incorrectly on any content page with a sidebar.Please advise.
