Item attribute {{By}} displays inconsistent information

Using the item attribute {{By}} to show the author of a book displays highly inconsistent and sometimes nonsense information.

I have seen:

FirstName LastName
FirstName LastName and LastName FirstName (very common)
FirstName LastName and PublisherName
FirstName LastName and PublisherName (with typos)
FirstName, 2ndAuthorLastName, 2ndAuthorFirstName, LastName (garbled)
FirstName LastName and Unknown

There are other combinations I’m missing.

This looks terrible and unprofessional. Not sure where the disconnect is as the accurate information is properly displayed on the Amazon Product Details pages.
