    Hello,

    I have recently tested the purchase of 1 product (PayPal payment method) and everything went good, except the fact that I cannot see any item description in PayPal notification emails, see attached image: paypal_email

    That’s not a big issue to me (seller), but I am concerned about the fact that even PayPal emails sent to customers are not showing item descriptions too.

    Are you aware of anything which needs to be setup either in Braintree account/settings or in ‘PayPal Powered by Braintree’ plugin in order to get the item description displayed in PayPal emails?

    Not really, it should show in the orders. There may be a plugin or theme conflict, can you post your WooCommerce Status here to see what you might have on the side that can conflict? You can find it under WooCommerce > Status, there will be a button for Copy for Support that you can click on and paste the results here.
