    Hi KabDriver13,

I am having difficulty understanding what you mean, but I think you want to have a button image show after the form is submitted.

If that is what you are asking, no this cannot be done without coding it.

I am not sure what your other questions is asking about the item id. But if you enter a value it will be transferred to PayPal when the user submits the form.

    I hope that helps.

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hi KabDriver13,

You can put an id / sku with the contact form. There is an option for it. It is hidden until you submit the form, then you can see it on the PayPal page.

Currently the dropdown items are not linked to PayPal, if that is what you need I would recommend another plugin.

    I hope that helps.

    Thanks,
    Scott

    Hi @kabdriver13 ,

I would recommend Contact Form 7 – PayPal Extension plugin which exactly matches your requirement.

    Thanks:)
